***Covid-19 (Corona virus) ***
24th March 2020
Following the Prime Ministers announcement last night stating that movement is being restricted to essential journeys only, we would ask that where possible you keep your children at home with you.
We will be open for the children of essential key workers as defined by the Government, however, if you are not working please keep your child at home. This is the only way we are going to be able to stem the spread of this virus.
If you are deemed an essential key worker and you will need your child in school then please phone us by 3.00pm THE DAY BEFORE you require care so that we can ensure we have the correct staffing in place.
If you have any questions please contact us either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 01234 350864.
Thank you for your patience in this unprecedented situation.

Message from The Executive Head Teacher
I am extremely proud to be the Executive Head Teacher of Bedford Nursery Schools Federation which incorporates Peter Pan and Cherry Trees Nursery Schools. I have a team of dedicated and caring staff who are passionate about giving children the best possible start to their educational journey. I believe that the key to a successful experience at school is inclusion. We endeavour to work closely with parents and carers to involve them with their child’s learning journey.
At our schools all children and families are valued and treated with equal respect. We embrace our cultural diversity and celebrate all faiths through festivals encouraging all families to take part.
I am delighted that both schools have been rated as “Outstanding” by Ofsted with the most recent inspection taking place in July 2019.
I look forward to welcoming you.
Executive Head Teacher
***Covid-19 (Corona virus) *** 27th March 2020 Thank you to everyone who has supported us this week. At the end of the first week of this unusual and anxious time we have been able to open for the children of essential keyworkers. We plan to be open again from Monday 30th March for these families, but again would like to stress that the advice from the Government is to self isolate as much as possible. This protects you, your children and the public. So even if you are an essential worker and you are not going in to work please keep your children at home. If you require care for your child on Monday 30th March please phone us today by 3.00pm so that we can make arrangements for staffing. If you are deemed an essential key worker and you will need your child in school then please phone us by 3.00pm THE DAY BEFORE you require care so that we can ensure we have the correct staffing in place. Thank you for your patience in this unprecedented situation.
